At Beach Bum Services your trust, satisfaction, and peace of mind are our primary concern. On this page you will find all information pertinent to making a reservation and understanding why we ask for certain information you must input to secure a reservation. At no time will we collect information for use outside of providing our rental service to you and we will never sell your information to others. We do not agree with those practices and feel the best kept information is secure and confidential information. If at any time you have a question as to how we handle the use of your information please feel free to give us a call and we will fill you in.
We do reserve the right to update and revise our policies to stay in agreement with all applicable laws that are in place to protect you, the customer. Making a Reservation
There is no need to deal with souvenir shops, crowds, traffic, and set-up after a long day of travel, simply shop at your convenience from the comfort of your home or office. Browse our categories for items you need or just choose from our pre-arranged packages. Choose a quantity and add the items to your shopping cart. If there is something we do not offer that you would like to have please make a suggestion and if it is possible we will get it.
Once your shopping is complete and you have added all the necessities to your Shopping Cart, click on the “My Shopping Cart” tab for a pre-tax total of your rentals. At this point you can simply add the correct tax criteria, write us some additional “Ordering Instructions” (if needed) and press the “Checkout” tab to complete your order- It’s that easy! Now just sit back, relax and leave the work to us!
Creating an Account
We always recommend that you create an account prior to ordering. This simple step will helps you keep track of your current, future, and past orders, and allow us to see what is working best for our customers so we can continue to improve or business and customer service. In addition, future orders will be easy, as you will be able to view past orders and see what you have ordered before and what worked for you or what you unfortunately left out saving more time and effort than ever. Also this will allow us the ability to send offers for future discounts, and promotions, and exciting new products. What a win-win situation!
Delivery Times and Procedures
After your order is complete and you have finished the online or over the phone “Checkout” we will send you a confirmation of your order by email, which you can refer to at any time for questions, additions, area info, etc. We do ask that all orders be completed within 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival, as inventory is limited and delivery must be scheduled. Exceptions WILL be made when available, so don’t worry if you can’t meet this time frame-we will do our best to make sure you are well taken care of during your stay. Typical “Delivery” and “Pick-Up” times occur between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, though during weekends or major holidays delivery times can extend past 3:00pm due to the high volume of customer demand. Regardless of the time we do guarantee all delivery will be completed the day of your arrival.
Using the information you provide us at the time of reservation, we will contact your property manager to arrange delivery of your beach rental equipment. In the event that we cannot gain entry, we will call you to arrange a delivery time.
Refunds are available when requested in advance of your arrival, as we understand that no world is perfect and unexpected things do happen; this also applies to severe weather conditions in our area that would deter your stay. We only ask that ample time is given to us so we can either make the equipment available to someone else or subtract it from our work load. Thank you for your help in this matter as it helps us stay efficient and keeps the remaining deliveries on-time.

As noted at the top of this page we will never collect personal data as we do understand the value of security. The only information we collect are things pertinent to providing you our service, such as: your name, contact numbers/email address, rental agency and property address, date of arrival/departure, etc.
The only other information collected is to monitor site activity, traffic patterns, advertising activity, and other things of this sort to decide how to best place or site for search engine visibility. This other information has nothing to do with individual users, but instead analyzes customer base as a whole.
